**Cancellation policy**
All cancellations are subject to a $45 processing fee. Cancellations
within 14 days are subject to the full room charge(s). We are unable
to refund deposits for no-show reservations. The full room charges for
the entire reserved stay will be charged. Reservations for any additional
nights reserved will be automatically cancelled.
**Check-In/Check-Out**
Check in is any time 4:00-6:00 pm--if you will arrive earlier or later,
please let us know by calling 860-824-2490. Please check out by 11 am.
**Pets**
We love them! Unfortunately there are already quite a number of them
on the farm, so guest pets would be problematic.
